"Bioenergy" LLC. (Ukraine) was founded in 2011 and have been running the project of manufacturing a fuel pellets from renewable raw materials for the production of thermal and electric energy. Please visit our web: www.ukrbioenergy.com .

The project assumes establishing and construction in Ukraine a network from up to 7 factories (14 production lines by 25K mt capacity) for the manufacturing of biomass fuel pellets (straw and reed) with total production capacity over 350K mt per year. In order to guarantee supply of raw material Bioenergy signed long term purchase Contracts (till 2020) with several major Ukrainian agro holdings for straw harvesting in total from 240000 ha of farm lands.

We have wide experience in harvesting / handling of straw, straw pelletizing and own unique technology and machinery for reed harvesting. Our Odessa facility processes up to 15000 mt of reed in bales per year.

Our straw pellets plant in Vinnitsa area has fully automated multi raw material pelletizing production line (CPM The Netherlands) with max. nominal capacity 5mt of straw pellets per hour. We have our own harvesting and handling machinery park which allows us to accumulate at our stock not less than 35 000 mt of raw materia annually.

We are industrially producing straw pellets 6 mm diameter with density from 620 up to 800 kg/m3 from wheat, barley, rapeseeds, reed, corn. Before 2014 we will expand our solid biomass fuel capacity production up to 50K mt per year.

We are interesting in long term sales contract with reliable trader or end user of solid biofuels. We are able to execute Door to Door delivery to the customers by BB or by 40 & 20 f. containers in order to secure quality and durability of the product. Quality certificates will be send upon request.
