With constant investment in state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and introduction in advanced management, TJBC (the brand of KAI NUO products) is booting itself as the large and fine hose clamp brand in China, with our powerful strength in finance, R&D. management and technology.

At the beginning, our company was built with the name of "Bao Cheng Hose Clamp Factory" in 1989. Along with the development in market, our company changed our name into "Tianjin City Kai Nuo Industrial Co., Ltd." in 2002.

We have a hose clamp plant, no-hub coupling plant, rubber product plant and other plants. Our products are classified into two groups: hose clamps and stainless steel no-hub couplings.

Our factory occupies 230 aces, with 100,000m2 plant area. With total fixed assets worthy RMB100 million, and registered assets amounting to RMB50 million, we staff 1800 employees, including 60 technical experts, 30 engineers and 30 inspectors.

Complying with international quality standard, we keep the principle of "constantly improving quality and credit of our company, customer satisfaction always first". Moreover, three stages of quality control systems have been established over the years, including self-inspection, process-inspection and finished product inspection. In addition, we attained ISO 9001 Certificate in Dec. 2002. To further upgrade our quality system, ISO/TS 16949:2002 was introduced into our factory in March 2005, and approved in earlier 2006.

From 1992, Kai Nuo started to be a supplier of Chinese OEM customers. After several years' development, our current main customers are as follows: Sinotruk Group, Shanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Saic-Iveco Hongyan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd., Weichai Power Co., Ltd., Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd., Luoyang Yi Tuo Co., Ltd., Dan Dong Huang Hai Bus Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shenwo Bus, Zhongtong Bus, OU V Bus, Neoplan Bus, Chang'an Bus, Shu Chi Bus, Byd Car, Hua Tai Car, Lovol, Shangtui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., John Deere, Xuzhou Xuwa Excavator Machinery Co., Ltd., and others, totally more than 40 customers in China. Moreover, TJBC products have been sold to Germany, the United State, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Canada, Singapore, Taiwan and other countries and regions. Saint-gobain, which is listed in the top 500 in the world, is one of our customers.

From 2002 to 2008, Kai Nuo had always been improving. In 2007, our sales value was RMB210 million, and in 2008, on basis of standard ASTM C 1277-2006, TJBC couplings have obtained UPC certification from American IAPMO.
