First you have to form a company. Open current account in bank in the name of that company. Do the GST registration. Obtain PAN card in the name of company.
After your company is formed you have to obtain IEC ( Importer exporter code no) from DGFT. you can also apply online.
Once this has been done, you explore your foreign market for orders. You can register your self to Alibaba, they will provide you data of foriegn importers looking for your items.
Once you got the order , you can export your product. But always export under LC through bank so that no one can cheat you because bank is involved in transaction.
