Polyacrylic Acid Sodium Salt (PAAS) cas no. 9003-04-7 is a polymer material with good water absorption and water-holding capacity. It can absorb water up to several hundred times of its own weight, and turn into natural gel from within seconds. SAP can be mainly divided into three major categories which are Hygiene grade, Agriculture grade and Industry grade. The main uses of SAP are absorbing, retaining or to block liquid.
Application:
Agriculture grade:
Sudium SAP can sop up a great lot of water, so it is called mini-reservoir in agriculture. Meanwhile, it can also absorb fertilizers, pesticides and release them slowly, swell the efficacy of them. It is widely used in agriculture, forestry, gardening, construction materials. save water and increase yield.
Medical treatment
it can be used in sanitary napkins, infant disposable diapers, nursing pad and pet pad ,adult incontinence pads, ice mats, and other fields.
