JQ Casting manganese wear parts are a relatively low-cost option,offering good wear life and are ideally suited for high impactapplications where tramp metal or uncrushable objects are includedin the feed material.

Martensitic steel wear parts

JQ Casting martensitic wear parts are considered ideal inapplications where the feed material varies. Offering impactresistance similar to Manganese Steel with improved wearproperties, they also demonstrate good resistance to abrasivegouging.

Chrome white iron wear parts

JQ Casting chrome white iron wear parts are ideally suited toapplications with high abrasion offering cost effective wearlife.  They are not suited to applications where tramp metalor uncrushable objects are included in the feed material.
