HT INSULATION BOARD

Description of product:

1. High temerature resistant calcium silicate board (calcium silicate board for short) is made of high temperature resistant Xonotlite in calcium silicate hydrate and reinfored fibre, whose highest using temperature is 1050°C.
2. Xonotlite ion of dynamic hydrothermal secondary sythesis is different from linear structure of micropore calcium silicate (Tobermorite) ion and it is hollow chestnut structure which crystallization burra, so after shaping, the heat conductivity.

Usage of product:

1. Liner heat insulation for preheater, wind pipe, cover of kiln, cooling machine in cement industry.
2. Liner heat insulation for electrolyzing cell in nonferrous metal industry.
3. Liner heat insulation for heating furnace, soaking pit, annealer, high temperature flue in metallurgy industry.
4. Liner heat insulation for heating furnace, ehtylene pyrolyzer, hydrogenation oven and aromatic oven in petroleum industry.

Property of product:

1. Using temperature is high, whose highest temperature is 1050°C.
2. Low heat conductivity , as special microstructure of product, its porosity can reach over 90%, therefore it has excellent property of heat insulation in the whole temperature scope.
3. A little unit weight, high specific strength, whose specific strength (compressive strength / unit weight) is the highest in hard thermal insulation product.
4. Good durability, after long used, there is no atomization and its heat-insulating property doesn’t lower.
5. Easy construction, there is not any harmful materials to people, such as asbesots, sulfur, chlorine and etc.
6. Under high temperature, it doesn’t burn, smokeless and tasteless, there is role of corrode retarding to steel.
