The Green Environmental-protection Carbonization Furnace uses fruitwood,weedtree and mechanism carbon rod which made by agricultural & forestry wastes(like wood chip,offcut,straw,husk,corn stalk,Sorghum stalk,Cotton stalk etc.)as raw material.The final product-charcoal has high quality because of the advanced technology.No dirty and tar will be produced during the whole process.All emission meets the national standards.

The carbonization machine consists of 2 chambers and 4 carts.The chambers can run with drying and carbonization modes.This machine is corespond to the 40' container,which makes the transportation easier.The chambers are equipped with gas tunnal used to withdraw gas emitted during the process of carbonization.It is used to transport heating for drying and carbonization process. There is a chimney above the machine,water and spare heat gas fuel will go out of the machine by this chimney.

This carbonization machine should be put in the store .Or,if you want to put it outside,please make a roof above the machine.
