Green Environmental-protection Carbonization Furnace:
The Green Environmental-protection Carbonization Furnace uses fruitwood,weedtree and mechanism carbon rod which made by agricultural & forestry wastes(like wood chip,offcut,straw,husk,corn stalk,Sorghum stalk,Cotton stalk etc.)as raw material.The final product-charcoal has high quality because of the advanced technology.No dirty and tar will be produced during the whole process.All emission meets the national standards.The biomass charcoal has very wide usages.First,it can be used BBQ and supplying heat for living houses etc.Second,it can be very good soil amendment,which can improve the environmental effect of soil.Third,it also can be made into active carbon.
All kinds of biomass wastes are suitable for carbonization.Such as straw,tree,wood pieces,coconut shell,palm shell,sugar baggage,husk etc.

The process of carbonization:
The carbonization stove consists of 2 chambers.Empty carts are installed on the rails in the place of raw material loading.The completed cart is installed on the platform which is moved on the rail road closer to the charcoal chamber.
Empty cart is moved to the chamber,in which the carbonization process is finished.The cart will be taken out of the chamber.Empty chamber is loaded with cart filled with raw material.
After the cart are cooled to ambient temperature,the cart is placed on the empty platform and then unload.
The advantages of the carbonization stove:
1.Using movable workbin to make the loading & unloading easier.Also,this machine can work for 24h continuously.The raw material would be fruitwood,weedtree,mechanism carbon rod etc.
2.The furnace is a united system of “Drying” and “carbonication”.There is no need to move the raw materail,it will change “Drying” into “Carbonization” automatically.During the whole process,all the heat energy will be supplied by itself.
3.Wastes from burning chamber or pyroysis products as fuel.
4.Low cost,high rate of charcoal production.
5.Very environmental friendly.All the emission meets the environmental standards.
