     PP WOVEN CONDUCTIVE BIG BAG

    It is possible to produce 3 types of conductive bag at Sutaplas facilities.

    Type A :

    FIBCs made from non-conductive materials without any measures against electrostatic charging. Explosive atmospheres of gases as well as explosive atmospheres of dusts can be ignited.

    Type B :

    FIBCs made from non-conductive materials having a breakdown voltage not exceeding 6 kV. In order to avoid the sparking, the bags surface should be kept away from contamination of the materials such as water and oil and there should not be any clips and tool touching to the bag.

    Type C :

    FIBC’s made from conductive materials or from non conductive materials but having conductive carbon yarns or carrying filaments. Those conductive threads must be interconnected with less than 108 ohm and must be grounded during filling and emptying operations. These bags prevent the sparkling, that can be occurred while filling and charging process of the filled material and in friction of bag and material by discharging the static energy by grounding. With these specifications, these FIBCs can be used in an environment with combustible dusts and/or explosive gases
