450 density 4 hours fire rated door core

4 hours fire rated door core is suitable for high standard requirement for more than 2 hours fire resistant.

It's welcomed in Europe market, Australia, and some countries in mid-east.

For the common material in fire door, these are various shortages which bothering the service of door and health issues for users. Such as the fiber board is easily producing micro fibers which harmful to human and pets; perlite and calcium silicate panels which easily to crack and break, and easy collapsing inside for the core after years using.
