Biomass gasification furnace introduction

The equipment and technology of biomass gasification furnace: 

Biomass gasification furnace comprises: slicing machine, crushing machine, drying system, the gasification system, control system. Biomass raw material goes through crushing and drying (after drying the moisture content of raw material is less than 5%),then by automatic feeding device transport to the reactor-mouth,by the injection device inject into the reactor for fast gasification. In the thermodynamic conditions, the reactor is put into heat carrier gas that gasification required and catalyst pyrolysis generate to combustible gas and tar,under catalyst function,part of tar further cracked into permanent combustible gas.After gasification, the catalyst and carbon-residue  delivery to the regenerative furnace by automatical feeding device,with high temperature heating the regenerated catalyst is returned to the reactor for the gasification reaction. Continuous heating of catalyst recycling, improve the thermal efficiency of gas.

 The gasified gas is outflow from the high-speed centrifuge reactor (our patent product) . This time the gas from centrifuge without dust, tar,can be directly used as clean combustible gas. Combustible gas composition containing CO, H2 and CH4,calorific value up to 3000Kcal/Nm3. 

Gasification slag produced by the cyclone separator,can be used for road base construction. The heat source of waste heat from cyclone separator
