Natural Color Sand is made of silica , it is manufactured by the process of choiceness, broken, powdered, classification, packaging and so on .
Characteristic:
Natural-looking color, do not contain any dye, non-toxic, tasteless, no pollution, corrosion resistant, resistant to acid and alkaline, fight exposure, luster lasting and so on.
Artificial Color Sand is made of fine dolomite sand, it is colorful and fastcolours.
Characteristic:
1. All kinds of uniform particle size, particle round, can be arbitrary grading.
2. Color is rich and colorful, lasting beautiful, environmental protection.
3. Good solubility with all kinds of resin.
4. Acid resistance.
5. Alkali resistance.
6. Resistance to chemical solvent.
7. Heat water resistance.
Silica sand is the most commonly used sand because of its great abundance, and, thus, low cost (therein being its greatest advantage). Its disadvantages are high thermal expansion, which can cause casting defects with high melting point metals, and low thermal conductivity, which can lead to unsound casting. It also cannot be used with certain basic metal because it will chemically interact with the metal forming surface defect. Finally, it causes silicosis in foundry workers.
Color Sand is the perfect floral art sand and can be used in a variety of sand art projects. Our Color sand can also be used to create colorful sand paintings or mosaics, and sand projects for home decor and gifting.
