3.Use method:
Calcium Bentonite can be dispersed at normal temperature in organic solvent and resin system, it can increase the visicosity of the system and has a property of thixotropy, and high speed shearing equipments and polarity activator are necessary to have the best dispersing effectiveness. HY-3 needs polarity activator to make it fully dispersed, the applicable polarity activators are as follows:carbinol/water (95/5) , ethanol/water(95/5) and acetone.The amount added of polarity activators can be adjusted according to the systems. Generally speak, the appliable amount is 20-40% of the total weight of organic bentonite. The add method of the products are pre-gel method and powder method which can be confirmed by the customers' test.
