The sludge gasification & generation machine is a new product of our company.This machine including gasification stove,dust&tar removing equipment,cooling&cleaning equipment,generator,controllor.The sludge will be transported into the gasification stove automatically. In a low temperature condition,the sludge will be gasified.Then the gas fuel will do through the washing tank.So that the gas fuel is clean and cool enough to the generator to get the power.The heating value of the gas fuel will be 1200-1800kcal/m3.

Requirements of the sludge:

1.Moisture shold be less than 50%

2.Heating value should be more than 1200kcal,otherwise,should be mixed with biomass materials like wood chip,husk,straw etc.

The advantages of biomass gas

1.Environmental protection cleaning type gas fuel;

2.Good combustion characteristics,  high burn-out rate; 

3.Very low sulfur content, the sulfur is only about 1/20 of the fuel oil, can meet environmental protection requirements without taking any desulphurization measures(if mixed with biomass material)  

4.Extremely low nitrogen content,combustion without taking any denitration measures can meet the environmental protection requirements;

5.Low ash content;
