Main ingredients: modified rganic silicone surfactants
Physical properties: colorless, transparent, non-toxic, non-corrosive, Soluble in water. Low surface tension, wettability is strong, the function is all ready.Main use: dedicated to precision casting wax mold surface of the silicon sol and heat-resistant coating wetting.
Use function:
1, this is the most key of consumable materials, precision casting production process of silica sol and heat-resistant material with super effects of wetting effect. Make the organic combination of the coating system.
2, significantly improve the adhesion of coating on the surface wax models, elevation model layer close, smoothness, and improve the smearing of coating on the surface resistance and thermal shrinkage.
3, comprehensive highly improve the quality of the product, greatly reduce the rejection rate of the products.
Usage and dosage:
0.3 - 0.5% amount of silica sol, concentrate or diluted with water, slowly add to the mixing of coating. (first add defoaming agent , then add wetting agent )
