Application :

In plastic processing, it can effectively reduce the friction between the particles before the melting of the resin, reduce the friction between the molten resin molecules, thereby improving machinability, saving power consumption, improve productivity. At the same time, it also helps to prevent the excessive heat generated by the friction caused by the resin thermal degradation, but also can reduce the melt viscosity, promote the flow of molten, prevent the adhesion of resin and metal surface, improve mold release. Its unique chemical structure not only shows the function of improving the processability of polymer resin, but also can endow the products with good performance. This product can be used in PVC, PP, PE, ABS, AS, PA, PC, POM and other thermoplastic resin and products, used as lubrication demoulding agent, in order to improve the quality of plastic products, improve the appearance of the product, but also to prevent sticking, slippery, antistatic, improve the dispersion of pigment stable and auxiliary function, opening agent used as the film and flexible packaging.
