Zhangjiagang TOWARDS Bioenergy Solution Co., Ltd (ZTBS). was established in 2011. The company is located beside the 204 National Highway in Zhangjiagang City, close to Nantong , Shanghai and Suzhou, which is convenient to reach. ZTBS has 7,000 square meters of workshop area, four modern machining production line, and one well-equipped R&D center.
ZTBS focuses on green energy technology development, our business covers R&D, manufaction, marketing and project contracting. Currently, we produce biomass in-situ torrefaction system, continuous biomass carbonization equipment, low Temperature biomass gasifier, and bBiomass flash catalytic pyrolyzer. Besides, we also provide torrefied biomass briquette and other type of biofuels. With our expertise on bioenergy related technologies, we provide our customers with comprehensive, multi-angle , personalized and professional service.
The equipments produced by ZTBS are able to convert sawdust, straw, agricultural and forestry processing residues and other bio-waste into renewable fuel which can be used in industrial boilers as alternative fuel for coal, oil and natural gas. Our main product, the biomass in-situ torrefaction /carbonization system, has many advantages include highly integrated, highly automatic contral, energy self-sustainable and long lifetime.
ZTBS has a strong R&D team with rich research experiences in well-known research institutions in the United States and in Europe. It has cooperations with the Royal Netherlands Academy of Applied Science, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Technology and other research institutions to ensure the company's bio-energy technology R&D platform up-to-date with the international leading level. The company has applied for several patents, the core technology "Mobile Biomass Conversion Technology" has been awarded the first prize by the Ministry of Science and Technology in an entrepreneurship competition.

The equipments produced by ZTBS are able to convert sawdust, straw, agricultural and forestry processing residues and other bio-wastes which contains hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin.
The advantages of the furnace
1,Using movable workbin to make the loading & unloading easier.Also,this machine can work for 24h continuously.The raw material would be fruitwood,weedtree,mechanism carbon rod etc.
2,The furnace is a united system of “Drying” and “carbonication”.There is no need to move the raw materail,it will change “Drying” into “Carbonization” automatically.During the whole process,all the heat energy will be supplied by itself.
