1 What are your plans?

2 What are your priorities, your hopes?

3 How do you intend to go about achieving them?

Every 3 months sit down to review  your past  accomplishments. To chart your goals for the next term

What you have accomplished.

What you expect to accomplished

How you intend to go about it.

Put the agreement of goals in writing and sign off on it. As this would force youto get down to specifics.
