回了他的邮件后,就开始想要样品,及说她和她的采购经理要来。但是后面一句要我们给他们提供邀请涵。感觉很正式,好像是个大客户,有戏。但是我们还是要坚持原则,所以回信告诉他我们的样品政策并表示欢迎他们来公司,表示我们迫切地想同他们建立商务关系。
这里要说明一点。有些人一看需要你发邀请涵请把客人归为骗子。其实不一定的。之前我有一个斯里兰卡客人,也叫我发过邀请涵。当时我也在犹豫要不要给他发。他有打电话给我问(国际长途),我问他要哪种格式的,他说一般的就行。并说如果我们有困难,他可以从他朋友那里得到。他就从他朋友那里拿的邀请涵。后来我们见面了,聊了很多。他就成了我的第一个客户。我辞职后,他还打电话给我呢。
所以,不要客人一需要邀请涵就把他们当骗子。
所以我叫他先产品,还叫他发一份格式过来,尽量帮他们做。但事先声明了,这个不是官方文件。只是我们公司盖个章。
3. 谈样品及邀请涵的邮件,其中的一封。

Thanks for your e-mail. We would like to send an Invitation letter for your Purchasing manager. But as you know, if we do that, we will be responsible for what he will do in China. However, since we never do business with your company and do not know each other well, we can not do that according to our company's regulation. Therefore, we suggest you to get an Invitation from your previous business partner. In addition, you can also get a travel visa easily and then come to china.
Regarding to samples, we wish we could send samples to you as soon as possible to start business. So please kindly select items that you would like us to send from the form I enclosed yesterday. Once again, I would like to let you know our company's sample policy: we will charge 2 times of the sample cost as sample charge plus shipping fee. For example, if the cost of a samples is 50 usd, them sample charge will be 100usd plus shipping fee. But do not worry, we will fully return this amount when you place a regular order.

通过几封邮件,给了地址,算好了运费。给他做了PI,他又提出一个新问--他们回家付不了款。以下是他的邮件。

you can make inquiry concerning that to prove my sincerity to you.
Please i suggest you fort for the expenses, I promise to balance you

told you that i have to send my purchasing manager down to company,
how i do business with other companies here and outside the world.
After sealing and agreeing on terms of production and all the
important singed, my purchasing manager will pay your company cash
immediately to start up the production immediately.
You don't have any thing to worry about that is why i said i have to
send him across to your company, Just tell me when are you going to
send the sample for my marketers to let people know about your new
product that we are about to import.
Please i will like to hear from you. Just give me your words and i
promise never to let you down now or in future. Please send the sample
for us to start business immediately.
We are talking about 40foot container here. This is business and not a
child's play.

Even through your country do not make payment by West Union; you can remit the money visa Bank Transfer. For alternative, we will release the sample when your purchasing manager comes to our office and pay us cash.
It is our sincerity to do business with global customers. We have to hold up our principle. If you insist in sending samples to you but have some excuse for refusing samples charge, please do not write to us anymore. We don't want to waste each other's time.
