这几天一直为自己不能和客户有效地沟通而闷闷不乐,一直在找自己的原因。今天遇到一个客户,一直聊的不错的一个客户,是一个外国朋友。抱着一些希望就向他征求了一些建议。不曾想给自己很多的感触。现在我把我们的对话摘要出来,希望能对大家有些帮助。同时也很感谢大家对我的鼓励。小女子在此致以最真挚的感谢。

今天和这个客户谈完后觉得心情很好很好,很有信心坚持我的外贸路了。期待与大家的一起进步。
对不起各位了,可能是我个人对于这个谈话的内容觉得很又启发,大家的感受不同而已。所以我就贴了出来,没想到给大家造成思想混乱,真是不好意思呀。
以下是我对这个谈话的理解:
怎么让客户信任我,
首先就是要自己对自己的产品有信心,多掌握产品知识,将这种自信融入到和客户的谈话中,这样才能让客户给予你充分的信任。
2.必须要有自己的一份报价单,这个报价必须是你自己对产品和对老板估价后的一个自己的底线价格。保证产品图片的清晰度。
3.创造产品的需求。最好是寄送上等的样品。

其实有时候,客户能给你很多启迪。有效地沟通,真诚的沟通,这是做人做事最重要的方面。
