we send out many developing letters every day, but most of them are in vain. so, we have to use the most powerful tool (telephone) to call directly. this will make a salesguy successful and professional if he practice this way frequently. at least, we will get the immediate answer from the potential client and don't waste time on the non-targeted buyers once verified.
i found that most salesmen are being nervous when talking with their potential clients on the line. what's the matter with that? the clients cannot see you, why do you have to be so nervous? how will you do if you have to negotiate with him face to face?

it depend on oneself for some maybe call is better, but after we send a lot of mails and no reply. it is better to make a call to them . it is my fool opinions ^_^
