Yesterday, around 5 o’clock, the customers talked to me one by one, there was a customer who ask for chat online and talked about the ELM327 USB/creader V, actually he contacted another colleague in our company, but she wasn’t in the office, I asked the customer to see if my colleague gave him quotation or not, but he said he can’t remember so I gave him price again, I helped to calculate out the shipping cost as well, in the end he said he will do the payment, but I didn’t think, as I didn’t receive the payment so I can’t believe. Anyway I was looking forward to hearing the news from him.
There was another customer who asked me information about the digimaster III at the same time, I couldn’t control it so I asked for help, as I have to answer the question then help to calculate out the total cost, I was afraid that I make mistake, so the best choice for me was ask for help. After confirming everything about the digimaster III, we came to an agreement in both parties in the end, what to do next is wait for his response.
The following person who left message on our website and I replied his email, and he wrote more than three emails to me but no answer (as we have three days off for the Tomb-sweeping Day, so he can’t get the email reply in time), so he came to talk on the online service chatting tool. It was so luckily I was in front of the laptop, so I could help to answer his questions. He was no doubt about the price and the total cost, after he got to know the payment information then he said he will do the payment soon, so I was so happy to hear about that, and do hope that he will do the payment soon.
The other customer was a regular customer who have bought many items from our company, he talked to me and ask information about the MB Star Compact 3, I remembered that he asked for it in the past, anyway I was so glad that I can do something for him, I helped to calculate out the total cost and he said nothing, so I said if you do the payment please kindly inform me then I can arrange the shipment in time. Then the last person who asked for information about the launch x431 tool Bluetooth, we didn’t talk too much, maybe he just want to know the price then he need to think it over. Such a busy moment, I didn’t have too much rest as there were few customer talk to me one by one, anyway it is good, I do like this and it indicates that there will be more and more business chance with them.
