事情的缘由:通过推广邮件和产品,得到客人的询价,感觉客人还是挺好的。而且我也很希望和客人做生意,所以报价是公司最低的价格过去,但是客人说我们的价格高了他原来供应商的25%,我们都是同一个行业的,现在国内什么都涨的情况下,这个不可能的。所以我和客人问,这家供应商是谁,其实主要是想侧面说不可能的事情。大家看看下面具体的邮件往来。
下面的邮件是我报价给客人,客人没有回复,用这个邮件跟踪:
Dear xxx,
Good day.
Have you checked our pricelist for your products I sent you last Friday? If yes, please kindly tell us your comments on our prices.
And if there is something we can do for you in advance, please feel free to contact us. Thanks!
Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
客人回复:
Hallo xxx,
I got your price list. But there is big difference (25%) in your Price . I am getting these material for a cheaper price from my dealer in China. So I think a collaboration between us will be difficult.

因为客人说的实在夸张,我回邮件:想通过这个方式,证明他根本不可能有这么便宜的价格,而且他是欧洲的市场品质要求。不过我必须承认,我可能太过直接了。。。

结果客人不自己回邮件,让他的助理回邮件如下:
Hello xxx,
Thank you once again for your rude and uncultured answer to us.
You have asked my boss to make a comment on your price list and he has done it and we didnt expected such
an unprofessional business communication from you.
Why should we tell you from whom we are having business contact in China and what the hell we will get if
I make you to come up in business.
I hope you have learn from me today somethings.....and if you still want to get us in your business line
learn first to be polite with your customer first.

这个客人的说法,我懵了, 我并不觉得我没有教养。。。
不过我想我可能彻底的刺激到客人了,现在想想很不明智。如果客人这么夸张的说你的价格,你们是怎么回复的?
到了这个情况,要如何更好的和客人再说呢,我其实不喜欢和客人骂来骂去的,这样是不好的,妈妈说。
