we are interested in cooperation with your company. (我们欲与贵司合作)
please send me your terms of manufactoring and prices for the item BIZ2008 (blue) in the quantity of 5000 sets.

客户来电话说明需要5天内做完定单。
E: Could you finish 5000pcs in 5 days? (5天你们能不能搞定5千套)
R:思考了几秒(在计算工厂的产能,正常情况下5000套产品4天可以做完)说。
I estimate we can finish it 7 working days. (心理计算离客户的交货期相差不大,客户应该可以接受)
我估计我们能在7个工作日搞定。
E: OK。I will reply to my customer。Bye Wolf。(好的,我将会给我客户回复。再见老狼。)

同时也来了邮件(老外习惯口头沟通之后在书面确认一次)。

we need to receive this order very urgently. (我们非常迫切的需要接下此订单)
please inform me if it is possible to produce this order within 5 days and
then we are ready to pay for these DVD 1.735$ per set.
(请确认5天内是否能完全生产完,而且我们希望以1.735美金一套的价格购买)
分析:5天内做完定单,要货很急。还想讨价还价为1.735美金。
呵呵,不可能滴,要货急不涨你价就不错了。
please confirm that the netto weight of one carton (1000) is 8.0 kg

Thank you for your mail. (谢谢来信)
We need at least 7 day to produce 5000pcs when we confirm your payment.
(在我们收到您的汇款后,我们需要至少7天来完成5千套产品的生产)
You should pay us 100% charge when you order,since you need the products urgently and
we have to change some manufacturing progress.
(您在下定单时必须100%付款,因为交期紧,我们也要改变生产程序)
The unit is US$1.779 is our best price for you. (单价为1.779美金是给您的最优惠的价格)
以上三句分别表明态度
1.生产时间OK
2.必须付款100%,理由是我们要重新排单特别生产你的货。
3.单价不降,保持态度强硬(这个时候若是为了接单降价就死定了,会让客户再次砍价。
The net weight of one carton (1000) is 6.5Kg.
The gross weight of one carton (1000) is 8Kg.
将欧元换算成等值1.779美金/套,并确认每箱净重为6.5公斤,毛重为8公斤。
客户下定单时候必须100%付款,确认汇款后7天交货.
注意:偶的报价都是报三位小数的,为的是客户讨价还价时候只能让他们在第三位小数那里浮动。

(特提醒对方如下内容,因为以前有客户写漏或写错字母和名称造成收款延误)
1.Please write our benificiary full name. (请填写我们的受益人全名)
2.Please write your company bank account number. (请填写您公司帐户号码)
3.Please write your company full name and full address. (请填写您公司全名和详细地址)
When you finish payment,pls send bank receipt to us. (汇款后请将银行水单发给我们)
That will help us to communicate with our bank. (那会有助于我们和银行沟通)
Our SAFE reinforce monitor foreign exchange this year. (我们的外汇管理局今年加强了对外汇监管力度)
上面说明要汇款水单和理由。和老外打交到你提出要求并说明合理的理由他们都会满足你。

经过两个回合交流,此本单基本敲定,给客户中行帐号等待对方付款就可以了。
三、生产出货篇:4小时敲定6.5万定单,72小时完成100%收款,20天完成全部出货。
