CENTRE) and this contract is been awarded by the Assiyeye Shopping
Centre Contract Committee (ASCCC) and the  duration of this contract
is one (1) year contract supplying project.

And also the Assiyeye Shopping Centre Contract Committee (ASCCC) was
organised and set-up by the  Assiyeye Shopping Centre (ASC) to
represent them in terms of import,promotion,allowed / or disallowed of
any aforementioned products that entering into the Assiyeye Shopping
Centre (ASC).

their commission agent and we only based on 3% commission after the
successful conclusion of the one (1) contract  order supplying
project.

Following the above,we are very much interested and willing to submit
your offered products plastic hanger etc   to the Assiyeye Shopping Centre
Contract Committee (ASCCC) as our foreign supplier partner in this
project,but before then,the ASCCC,are highly demanded that your
good-office should finished them the following information before
issued their LOCAL PURCHASE ORDER (LPO) covering 80 x 40ft.container
for the one(1) year contract order.

1) Your full company profile.

2) Your Letter of intent (LOI) stating that your company is willing
and ready to fulfilling all their contractual obligation and
formalities of the ASCCC.

3) Your fullest range representative samples by FEDEX / or TNT courier
for the ASCCC,quality inspection / or workmanship evaluation and also
circulate all the representative samples to all their areas of
operation herein Togo region and other nearby W/African sub-region
were they operates before the contract become validated.

And also the ASCCC,normally established payment in their client favour
by 100% T/T upfront / or by 100% irrevocable,transferable and
documentary letter of credit (L/C) at sight,established by their local
banker and dully confirmed by any accredited first class banker in
europe / or America of  your choice.And also we delail our company
import registration,company registration etc for your references and
filing.
