我该怎么答复?
一般客户这么问,通常是竞争对手比较介意。
所以,轻易不要让他知道你和他的对手有什么关系。
直接否认,或者以公司机密为由拒绝回答。
再委婉的表达,你更愿意跟他合作。
这样的话,客户可能更容易接受一些。
不过,这一切都是建立在假设的基础上。
客户的真实目的,还要基于你对客户的了解。
有针对性的解释,才能是合作关系更加稳固。
