How hard will the US chip export ban hit China?

Both hard.More than 63% usa chips exported to china,if usa totally ban,how hard for usa chip companies（Without china,Who can consuming）? The chips for the millitary area,China can manufactured and totally independent .The chips for the civil area:low level chips,China can manufactured, had already used for products. Semi-level chips,China has some. High-level chips,China has none（Maybe 10 years later,China will has a breakthough）. No matter ban or not,USA chips cannot crack down china’s eccomy,not china chip industry chains（China’s market is big enough for china’s companies. More tHan 70 % china gdp rely on inner dommestic market）. That’s not a trade war,USA want to kill chinese furtue（USA want china to be a cheap products producer forever,killing the upgrading of china indutry chains）. But,seems that they still think “China eccomy can not live without usa”（a lot american has not concepts of how much uSA companies which setteled in china earned from china’s market.
