    准备发货时,客户失联如何处理?

    有个客户,下单了20万刀,付款方式是先付20%定金,发货前付30%,剩余的见提单副本付,但是现在货都做好了,客户却联系不上了,那肯定不会发货的,现在该怎么办呢,这个客户也不是老客户,已经失联一个多礼拜了。

    客户失联是很正常的在外贸中,可能你是个新手,我们要淡定,首先客户是付了20%的定金了,20万刀的货呢!一般情况下你可以通过之前留的各种社交软件联系一下,给他发信息。你要把你所能用到的渠道都通知一遍,定金都打你了,也不是一点点钱。而且产品也不是生鲜类的,那就等着。之前我在一个群里聊天,一个群友就说,她一个客户下单付了定金结果联系不上了,后来联系上了才知道人家欧美七八月休假去了,所以没有来及联系她,做外贸的要淡定,要有强大的心脏。
