TYWSQHL type biomass gasifier is to make biomass wastes into gas fuel.Then gas can be sent to the boiler directly.This horizontal type requires small land,low noise and also high gasification efficiency.The gas capacity can be 1000-6000m3/h,and gas heat value is about 1200-1500kcal/m3.

Suitable raw materials:Almost all kinds of agricultural & forestry wastes are suitable,like wood,bamboo,rice husk,straw,stalk,wooden pallet,wood pellet,corn cob,sugarcane,coconut shell,palm shell,coconut fiber,cotton fabric etc.But plastic,rubber,city wastes and other kinds of industry materials are suitable.

This horizontal type is a domestic initiative.We combine the gasification chamber with chain grate,which makes the gasification process much stable.Biomass materials inside will be tiled so that the gasification efficiency is as high as fluidized bed.Also,ashes will be discharged automatically and continuously.
