    Product Description

    Vermiculite boards are made of exfoliated Silver vermiculie, with unique formula and advanced technology manufacturing, the vermiculite boards have excellent fireproof, heat insulation performance, and light weight etc features.

    The vermiculite boards are widly used in fireproof, insulation appliances for industrial, construction fields, such as oven, stove, tunnel kiln, industrial Aluminum Tanks and interior tiles, fire wall and fire door core etc..

    1>Fireproof, 1,100 degree fire resistant

    2>Heat insulation  0.1-0.2W/mk thermal conductivity

    3>Noise insulation 40dB soundproof and noise reduction coefficient 0.46.

    4>Non- toxic, Non- ignition, environment friendly

    5>Negative oxygen ions producing, humidity adjustment; Acid-Resistant, Antibacterial

    6>Processable, can be cut, saw, carve, glaze etc

     

    The boards are smooth and more durable.

    This product is non combustible, fire resistance vermiculite boards. Micalite Fire Resistance Boards are easily cut to shape. They have excellent thermal insulation properties and minimal shrinkage at high temperatures.Micalite Fire Resistance Boards are the ideal products to use in the construction of fire bricks for wood burning/multifuel stoves, lining of the fireplaces/ingelnook openings, lining of pizza ovens etc. among other applications, providing fire protection exactly where its needed.

     

    The boards are tested to withstand temperatures of up to 1100 degrees C.
