Calcium carbonate is used in food processing industry and contains nutrients such as calcium and phosphorus. The ratio of calcium to phosphorus is 1.29. It can be used as nutrient additive and quality modifier of polyvitamin milk powder, milk cake, calcium and milk biscuits and other foods.
