Usage of product:
- Liner heat insulation for preheater, wind pipe, cover of kiln, cooling machine in cement industry.
- Liner heat insulation for electrolyzing cell in nonferrous metal industry.
- Liner heat insulation for heating furnace, soaking pit, annealer, high temperature flue in metallurgy industry.
- Liner heat insulation for heating furnace, ehtylene pyrolyzer, hydrogenation oven and aromatic oven in petroleum industry.
Property of product:
- Using temperature is high, whose highest temperature is 1050°C.
- Low heat conductivity , as special microstructure of product, its porosity can reach over 90%, therefore it has excellent property of heat insulation in the whole temperature scope.
- A little unit weight, high specific strength, whose specific strength (compressive strength / unit weight) is the highest in hard thermal insulation product.
- Good durability, after long used, there is no atomization and its heat-insulating property doesn’t lower.
- Easy construction, there is not any harmful materials to people, such as asbesots, sulfur, chlorine and etc.
- Under high temperature, it doesn’t burn, smokeless and tasteless, there is role of corrode retarding to steel.
