This horizontal type biomass carbonization furnace consists of 2 chambers,4 trolleys as well as engines.The chamber can operate in drying and carbonization modes.The whole furnace dimensions correspond to the dimensions of the 40' container that makes the cost of delivery easier and cheaper.Each chamber can only hold one trolley.The chambers are equipped with gas-escape channels used to withdraw gas emitted during the carbonization process.
Construction of the furnae supports drying and carbonization modes of the chamber,at the same time,there is no need to move the raw materials,the modes are changed synchronously.
Raw materials can be wood,bamboo,branch,sawdust brick etc.
Materials should be placed into the trolleys.
After the loaded materials was completely dried,this chamber is switched to the carbonization mode.At the same time,the produced gas will be directly into the furnace,where they are burnt to support the process.Residual heat from the carbonization mode chamber is directly into the drying mode chamber.When the carbonization mode chamber finishes the process,the drying mode chamber is switched into the carbonization mode,and the carbonization mode chamber --into drying mode.The trolley with produced charcoal is taken out of the chamber where process was finished and placed on the area for cooling.The empty chamber in drying mode is filled with now portion of wood or other biomass materials.The cycle is repeated.
