    Brown corundum is made by highquality bauxite as main material, 

    fusing and purifying in a pouring electric arc furnace at a temperature of over 2200°c, and made into different grain size through crystal,

     choosing, crashing, magnetic, separating, screening, washing and acid washing, etc.

     It used for refractory aluminum oxide lining mixture, pouring materials castable, etc.

     

    Brown Fused Alumina is an ideal aggregate for many high alumina refractory products;

    it is widely used as a raw material in refractory and hundreds of other applications.

    Brown fused alumina is the main chemical ingredient Al2O3, its content is between 94.5% and 97%,

     and the other containing a small amount of Fe, Si, and Ti. Its micro-hardness is HV 1800-2200. Its tenacity is higher than that SiC.

    The main particulars are well-heat-spread, well clean surface, good water affinity, strong adhesion,

    and good self-sharp and high grinding efficiency.
