Sepiolite has rich microporous, large surface area, high porosity, strong adsorption and hydration. its powder does not swell in water, but easily dispersed., when stirred, it can soon highly dispersed,and form with a certain viscosity suspension. Such a high suspension stability, after formulated into paints, help to improve the resistance to delamination bleeding and storage stability of coating.
2. Increase the absorption edge and water resistance of coating
Sepiolite powder has relatively strong fitness to coatings PH value. Compared to polycarboxylate thickener,, it can better improve paintings environmental protection and water resistance.
