The Green Environmental-protection Carbonization Furnace uses fruitwood,weedtree and mechanism carbon rod which made by agricultural & forestry wastes(like wood chip,offcut,straw,husk,corn stalk,Sorghum stalk,Cotton stalk etc.)as raw material.The final product-charcoal has high quality because of the advanced technology.No dirty and tar will be produced during the whole process.All emission meets the national standards.The biomass charcoal has very wide usages.First,it can be used BBQ and supplying heat for living houses etc.Second,it can be very good soil amendment,which can improve the environmental effect of soil.Third,it also can be made into active carbon.

 

 

 

 

 Construction of the biomass carbonization stove supports drying and carbonization modes.At the same time,there is no need to move the raw material,the modes will be changed due to the valves automatically.

Prepare wood or other kinds of biomass materials placed into the cart,one cart in each chamber.There are two chambers in the carbonization stove.

After the loaded wood was completely dried,the drying chamber will be changed into carbonization mode,at the same time the gas fuel will be directly into the carbonization chamber to support the process.Residual heat will into the other drying chamber.

After 12 hours,the dry wood in the cart will changed into charcoal.The cart with produced charcoal will be taken out of the chamber by tractor,and then wait for it cooling down.And then load in fresh wood again into the chamber.The cycle is repeated.
