Coal gasifier is continuous style, air from fan mixed with steam made by gasifier body itself is formed into gasification agent, it enters into gasifier from its bottom. Coal feeding unit feeds coal into gasifier evenly, coal will be reacted with gasification agent inside gasifier, coal gas produced in this course will enter into double standpipe washer being washed and cooled by hot circulation water, most ashes in coal gas wil be exchange with from water seal at bottom of double standpipe washer. Temperature of coal gas after being cooled in this course is approx 80℃,coal gas enters into electric tar catcher through insulation seal, tar being moved, then coal gas enters into packed column scrubber, left  asheds in it moved by raschig ring in side this scrubber, and meanwhile,it will be cooled again by coalcirculation water, temperature of coal gas this time will be 35-45℃. Then coal gas enters into drop catcher again, water drops being moved, after that, through coal gas positive boosters ,coal gas is being transported into related equipments for using by gas pipes.

Technics characteristics

Single stage coal gasifier produce clean coal gas, production cost and runing cost are low, Less impurity in coal gas and the productions will be stable. Gasifier body will be equiped with water jack, steam can be produced by itself for gasification reaction. Single structure with easy operation.

The gas fuel produced can be used in many kinds of heating furnace,steam boiler,generator,steel rolling machine etc.
