Biomass gasification furnace comprises: slicing machine, crushing machine, drying system, the gasification system, control system. Biomass raw material goes through crushing and drying system (after drying the moisture content of raw material is less than 5%),then will be transported into the gasification reactor. In the thermodynamic conditions, heat gas will be transported into reactor to make the temperature up to 600-800 degree.After gasification, the catalyst and carbon-residue  will be delivered to the regenerative furnace by automatical feeding device,with high temperature heating the regenerated catalyst is returned to the reactor for the gasification reaction. Continuous heating of catalyst recycling can improve the thermal efficiency of gas.
