Application of kaolin in rubber industry
Kaolin is used as filler in rubber industry and added to emulsion mixture. The calcined kaolin made from coal measures can improve the physical and chemical properties of rubber stoppers in the process of making rubber stoppers. It has proper T10 and T90 time, good vulcanizing property, and can replace imported calcined kaolin. The amount of kaolin filler in rubber is usually 10% to 12% (by volume)

The quality requirements of the kaolin industry in the rubber industry must be strictly controlled by the content of manganese, because manganese will make rubber products aging, generally less than 0.007% ~ 0.0045%. Also hope Fe2O3, SO3 should be low.

The water requirements are strictly controlled, generally not greater than 1.5%, but also have a certain humidity. Whiteness is greater than 75%. The granularity requirement is 0.5 to 5 mu m, 100 mesh sieve, the remaining is 0325 mesh, sieve more than <2.5%, the shape is scaly.
