This vertical type biomass carbonization furnace can realize discharging the charcoal product continuously.Raw materials can be wood chip,small wood pieces,rice husk,coconut shell,straw,palm shell,walnet shell etc.

The process is ,feed the materials into the furnace,burn them for heating when the machine runs first time.The inside temperature will increase to 600-800℃.After several hours,charcoals will be loaded out through discharging system continuously.The machine can work 24h per day without stopping.Inside the furnace,there are hundreds of fireproof bricks and insulating bricks.After the machine runs for one time,there is no need to burn biomass materials for heating,there will be some gas fuel produced during the carbonization process,these gas fuel will be sent back to the furnace for heating.
