Suggestion 15-35mm thickness, 650-900 kg/m3 density boards. For plain boards, can machinary for you. Specific detail: 1,100 degree fire resistant, 0.1-0.2Wmk, <0.6% linear shrinkage

2>Fire door core

Suggestion density 475-600kg/m3. 2100*900mm thickness 20-80mm   Specific features: 1,100 degree fire rated, for more than 2 hours fire resistant. A1 grade fireproof material

3>Industrial applying

Suggestion: Density 400-1200 kg/m3, dimension as requirement.    Specific detail: More than 1100 degree fireproof temperature, little linear shrinkage<0.6%.  0.1-0.2W/mk thermal conductivity.

4>Acoustic panels

Suggestion density 600-800 kg/m3, thickness 15-35mm.Specific detail: 40dB soundproof performance, 0.46 noise reduction coefficient.
