Brief Introduction
Sepiolite is a clay mineral of fibrous magnesium silicate. It is a hydrous aluminum-magnesium silica with chain structure. Usually the color is white, gray, pale yellow etc. Sepiolite is opaque and lusterless. It's specific gravity is 1-2.2g/cm3, the hardness is 2-2.5, and it's possess good quality of fireproof with the melting point of 1500-1700℃.
