Q1: Do you have products stock? If not, How about the production period?
A1: We did not have finish products in our warehouse bacause most of our lights are customized based on customers requirements. We have enough material stock for your sample order and emergency order and these order can be deliveried in 5-10 days. If mass order, We will need to recheck the production period.
Q2: How about your quality guaranty and How do you handle the problem products that in the customers hands?
A2: Yaoking is a professional led underwater lights factory and our lights that made of 316L stainless steel are with 3 years and other lights are with 2 years. We have tested the lights strictly before package. If the problem occured, first we will need your assistant to check the cause of the problem, if the quality problem, we will send you the same lights for you as replacement.
Q3: Can you offer delivery price and the price of the accessaries that may need?
