Safflower is a small, white, nutritious seed that is high in protein and fat. Safflower is a commonly-used base oil due to its high protein, mineral and vitamin content. We grow Safflower linoleic and hioleic types. Safflower is one of humanity's oldest crops.

Safflower seeds are the seeds of the annual safflower plant, Carthamus tinctorius.
