APPLICATIONS

Dry pumice

•casting and slag removal 

 KAGALITE has been enjoying a good reputation in iron refining plants .it is used instead of straw ash and rice husks because its fine characteristics :fire resistance, heat insulation ,non-contamination of water and foreign obstacles , less heat reflection and oxidation reistance 

•Light alloy molding sand 

Since it has gas purging effect ,precise and smooth casting is available

•Agricultural chemical extending 

Because it is porous ,it absorbs chemicals and stores them in its pores ,which causes a delayed reaction of agricultural chemicals .it is also used a diluting agent for dense agricultural agent due to its specific gravity and granule .

•painting 

Due to its fire resistance and light weight ,it is also used as a fire-proof mixed with cement or plaster ,as well as a general paint due to its easy coloring granule 

•sprayed wall material 

KAGALITE is light and strong enough as well as being durable even if heated 

Since it is mineral substance ,it does not produce a harmful gas in cause of fire . this makes it suitable as interior or exterior wall material ang it prevents dewing owing to its porosity 

Filtration It has high porosity as shown by its high true specific gravity ,2.3 2.5 ,but the apparent specific gravity is 0.65-0.75 .since it is as porous as activated carbon by silicon ,it is suitable for water filtration in irrigation ,drainage ,and fish feeding ponds and for iron removal
