What is Sawdust Briquette Charcoal ?

Sawdust Briquette Charcoal is made from hardwood sawdust which is compressed into

hexagonal briquettes or squared briqeuttes without any binders or chemcial additives.

It will have high heating value, high carbon content afte 7-8days carbonization.

Porduction Process

Charcoal Produce Process

1) Ningshu Sawdust Charcoal Briquettes are made from pine tree sawdust.

2) The sawdust is collected from saw mills and does not contain any binders.

3) The sawdust is dried until the moisture content is below 12%.

4) It is then compressed into hexagonal briquettes under high pressure and temperature,

without the use of binders.

5) The briquettes are placed into a kiln and carbonized at 800 degrees Celsius for 7-8 days.

During carbonization, the core temperature of the briquettes exceeds 270 degrees Celsius.

6) The charcoal briquettes are allowed to cool, then packed into 10kg cartons with an inner plastic lining and strapping on the outside, as per our client’s requirements.
