    Our fire door core is a non-combustible board made from the expanded vermiculite and inorganic binder. It contains non mineral or glass fibers or asbestos. It is both ecological and resistant to temperatures up to 1100℃

    The boards feature good sound-absorbing and thermal insulating properties. Another advantage of the vermiculite boards is that they are easy to work using the normal wood-working tools. Various surface finishes can also be applied to the surface easily.

     
     

     

    Main application:  used as fire door cores, fire-resistant walls and ceilings, fire protection cladding for structural steels, fire protection for air-conditioning and cable trays etc.
