Here's the result after negotiation with my boss last week:
he has cashed his promise and therefore i got what i deserved. everything is improving upon my request! Please see the below composition i posted 2 months ago. you would understand what i am saying.

shipments --- delayed;
commission --- pretend he has forgotten;
if problem remains, i think i would negotiate with him soon. waste of my effort to this company! he really disappoints me!
