    First of all, thank you for your fast quotation .

    To give you an idea of our first quoting experience with a suggestion or request if possible, and how we think it might be possible to target the Americas and European market successfully.

    When we got your quotation , we sent our client from Europe the quote, and they replied to us with feedback that they have offers from competitors of us who gave them a quote with prices that are very close to your quote range pricing to us.

    So the question is, if you quote us the same way, then there will be no possibility to win any order from clients. But, if we quote the client, and can get a 20 % discount from you on your initial quote, then we will have possibility to win many orders.

    So the point is, we send the same quotation price ranges that you send to us we forward same price range also to our clients, and once we win the order, you give us a 20 % Discount which will be reflected on the purchase order that we send to you, this way we both win the orders, thus you get the many order and gain from this, and we gets the 20% by wiring to you the 80 %.  And this way we will use our marketing team to promote and get more business if you accept this strategy?

    Please advise if this proposal is acceptable by you, this way we become solid partners and we will do the marketing campaigns to get many business from Americas and European markets, since it will be worth our effort and time for us.  

    This means that you will increase your business a lot , so if you reduce your margin on the single order , but you will make it up by receive many orders, and reorders.

    客户要打折 20% Discount 只有两种情况会这样, 1) 你们不了解行情乱报价,2) 客户不熟悉行情狮子开大口。现今一般有竞争性的出口产品,利润已不可能有超过 20% 的纯利润! john

    每个客户购买产品与服务都想优惠些,这个很正常。问题是你这个行业产品价格区间到底有多大。因为每个产品都不一样,你要根据你的产品价值区间来判断这个方案是否可行。或者请示你的领导。如果不行,那就要直接拒绝客户,而且让客户明白拒绝的理由。以获得之后的合作留有空间。
