今天很有感触，亲手带出来的团队，因为关注其他业务没有在管理上下很多工夫，导致同事人心浮动，甚至非法取得公司机密，游走在盗窃商业机密罪的边缘。虽然最后公司没有选择走这条路，但是非常可惜。这些年轻人，原本像一颗小树，在生长的时候没有纠偏，真是可惜。作为团队领导，非常感伤。
